Description:
Hopewell Township is accepting applications for an immediate opening for a Maintenance Worker.

The position performs strenuous manual labor related to the maintenance and repair of Township roads, parks, buildings and other public property and operates Township trucks and equipment. Duties include road maintenance, snow plowing, operating heavy equipment, maintaining Township facilities and property, and other duties assigned by the Road Maintenance Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience in road construction and maintenance
• Minimum one year of experience driving trucks, plowing snow and operating heavy equipment
• Valid Ohio Class B Commercial Driver’s License or willingness to obtain one
